salam everyone..

i had a course last 4 days. Its all about health & fitness..what is health? what is physical fitness and its components?lifestyle diseases & exercise, food and stress management(really suit for me)..

A lot of malaysian's peoples had a sedentary lifestyle( less physical activity esspecially teacher & housewives).Sendentary lifestyle increases risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes,OBESITY, STRESS & cancer.

Physical Fitness:

1. cardiovascular fitness
exercise: - slow jogg( 20 mnt unstop)
- walk fast( afterwork..change your shoe and walk fast around residence area for
20 mnt & no need to change your bj kurung)
- skipping ( skipping for 5-10 mnts)
- go up & down staircase

2. Muscle strength
3. Muscle endurance
4.Flexibility
5. Body composition

We had teached various type of exercises & streching.
