Salam readers..

Good news for me..i lost 5 kg in this 3 weeks..believe it or not ..i dit it!!

i will share a few tips and my meal plan for this 3 weeks..for those yg nak lose body weight..lets have a try k.

1st week

Fasting for 2 days

breakfast( before 9am): 1 small bowl conflakes and low fat milk.

Lunch( before 2pm): 2 spoon rice + fish/chicken/egg + veg

Dinner (before 7pm): fish/chicken + veg

sit up : 10 times
loss : 2 kg


2nd week

Breakfast : conflakes/oat/whole meal/2 apple( green/red) + low fat milk

Tea break : veg biscuits- 2pcs( if needed)

Lunch : rice - 2 spoon
fish/chicken(no fried) - 1
vegetable - 1

Tea break : veg biscuits - 2 pcs (if needed)

Dinner : vegetables - 1
Chicken/fish/egg ( no fried) - 1

sit up : 20 times
Drink a lot of plain water with a lemon.
Loss: 1 kg


3rd week

3 days Detox diet ( monday to wed):fruits only for 3 days

(Apple/Papaya/watermelon/orange/pear/honeydew/pineapple/
prunes/grape/yogurt) he he..i can do it!!

bfast : Red apple/ any 1 of the fruits) - 1
tea break : prune(sunsweet) - 2
lunch : Read apple - 1
tea break : prune - 2
dinner : red apple - 1

Thursday - friday

Breakfast : 2-3 pcs of banana
plain water

Lunch : red apple - 1
1/2 bowl meehoon soup + veg + fishball
plain water

Dinner : Veg+ fish/ chickenbreast( no fat)
plain water

* drink min 8 glass of plain water
* sleep before 12 am
* sit up : 50 times

Loss : 2.2kg
